Privacy

The short version: what you send us through the inquiry form is used to answer you and to enroll your child. We don't sell it, and we don't hand it to advertisers.

What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form — your name, email address, phone number, some details about your child, and a message if you choose to write one. Nothing else, and nothing you haven't typed yourself.

Who sees it

The Gan's staff, who read and answer every inquiry. A copy is also kept in the school's own administrative mailbox, so that an inquiry is recoverable if something goes wrong with email delivery. Nobody outside the school receives it.

What we use it for

To reply to you, and — if you go on to enroll — to set up your child's place. That's the whole list.

What we don't do with it

We don't sell your information, rent it, trade it, or pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer you, or to maintain your child's enrollment records if you join us. Ask us to delete your inquiry and we'll delete it.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people actually read, so we know what's useful and what isn't. It reports on visits and pages, not on people we can put a name to, and nothing you type into the inquiry form is sent to it. We've also enabled its setting that strips email addresses out of web addresses before they reach Google.
